Mergermarket has hired Cristiano Dalla Bona as equity capital markets reporter.
He joins from The Lawyer, where he has worked as a news reporter, senior reporter, and recently as deputy news editor.
He has also interned at Esquire Magazine and Supply Management Magazine in the UK.
Bona has a M.A. in magazine journalism from Kingston University.
