The position offers the chance to write lively, analytical commentary in the world’s most vibrant region. Candidates need to demonstrate the ability to engage with the Journal’s highly dedicated readers on the subjects they care most about: finance, investments, companies and the economy.
Equally important is the ability to write clear, sophisticated copy on tight deadlines. The position requires strong reporting experience, excellent judgment and an understanding of markets and investing.
A solid background in data and financial analysis is useful. Experience in the region and language skills are positives but not required.
Dow Jones offers an opportunity to work for one of the world’s leading financial and business news companies. We invite interested candidates to submit a cover letter and detailed resume (including up to five published samples of your work), current and expected salary online.
