WSJ’s Exchange section seeks a news editor

Exchange, The Wall Street Journal’s business and finance features section, seeks a skilled, experienced news editor to join its editing team. The editor will handle a wide range of high-impact feature stories, including cover stories, from reporters across the WSJ empire.

The ideal candidate will be creative, full of ideas and able to edit complex, long-form stories. A knack for headlines and digital display is very helpful. Business and finance experience is a plus, though not an absolute requirement.

The editor will work closely with Exchange’s editors and visuals team, helping to shape the direction of this one-year-old section. The editor will also help mentor a junior reporter. The ability to work across bureaus and coverage areas is a must.
