The Wall Street Journal seeks a talented and organized storyteller to lead its visual journalism efforts for its core Money and Investing coverage.
On the surface, these topics — money, markets, banking, Wall Street, investing — seem in conflict with the artistically minded. But these stories are at the heart of our modern life. Understanding them is essential to understanding how the world really works.
Whether it’s student loans, the strange peregrinations of markets or corruption on Wall Street, these subjects are best told visually. In the hands of the bold visual editor, these visual components are meaningful contributions to the public good.
This person will manage a team of photo, graphics, design and interactive specialists. He or she will be responsible for daily work for digital and print channels, as well as for creating ambitious projects.
