The Wall Street Journal is seeking a journalist to explore and explain the outer edges of government’s regulatory reach — where finance is moving beyond rules and oversight, the challenges that raises for policymakers, and their attempts to respond.
This reporter will focus on everything from shadow banking to fintech, and the ways that new forms of finance are challenging old rules and agencies.
This job is based in Washington, D.C. and the reporter will work closely with our existing team of regulation, finance, and technology reporters in D.C., New York, and beyond.
Please include a cover letter, resume and up to five published clips with your online application.
