The Wall Street Journal is seeking several smart, aggressive reporters for markets and corporate beats in Asia.

The positions will serve the Journal’s professional audience of traders, brokers and bankers. Reporters must be able to write quickly and produce smart analysis in real time. The jobs are based in Hong Kong, the headquarters of one of the biggest international news operations in the region.

The successful candidates will work with some of the best reporters and editors in the world, contributing to the Journal’s global professional news services, its successful Asia web sites and its print newspapers in Asia, the U.S. and Europe.

Applicants should have several years of daily journalism experience, have proven records of generating scoops and have a strong understanding of markets and companies in the region. Spoken and written fluency in English is required. Other Asian languages are a plus but not a requirement.
