The Wall Street Journal’s real estate group is looking for a dogged reporter to dominate print and real-time coverage of home builders and the U.S. housing market.
The ideal candidate will be able to break news on a regular basis and synthesize bits of reporting and analysis into richly woven narratives. We are looking for a quick study who can write with flair on issues affecting home builders and buyers alike.
The candidate must possess a track record of excellence in corporate coverage or the housing market and be a numbers-cruncher who understands how to work with economic data to identify trends. There also will be ample opportunities to work on broad pieces with fellow reporters on the real estate team and from bureaus around the U.S. and the world.
Please include a resume, cover letter and up to six published clips with your application.
