The Wall Street Journal’s Washington bureau is seeking a reporter to cover the Federal Communications Commission and the tech industry’s agenda in the nation’s capital.
This beat lies at the heart of both the Journal’s coverage of Washington politics and policy, and also is central to the Journal’s aggressive and growing coverage of the tech world. Subjects such as net neutrality and online privacy rights cut across regulatory, political and industry lines and provide plenty of opportunity to both break news and conceive broad feature pieces.
The ideal reporter for this job would have some experience covering Washington and some familiarity with tech and communications issues.
Applications should include a resume, cover letter and up to five published clips.
