WSJ seeks editor on real-time news desk

The Wall Street Journal’s real-time news desk seeks a New York-based editor to edit stories on a range of topics for all digital platforms.

The successful candidate will also flash market-moving headlines off corporate press releases for the wire services. He or she should have strong news judgment, be capable of working quickly under pressure and be able to collaborate in a team setting.

Much of the editing will focus on markets, finance and business topics, so familiarity with those subjects and experience as an editor in those areas is a plus.
