WSJ seeks editor on corporate news desk

The Wall Street Journal’s Corporate News Desk is seeking a News Editor in New York to help produce smart, distinctive coverage of business news for digital and print platforms.

This editor must be a deft handler of copy and help manage coverage throughout the U.S. publishing day. The most likely candidate will be able to pivot quickly and exercise strong judgment in multiple areas at once.

This is a job that calls for both editing speed and depth, working closely with bureau chiefs and reporters, as well as working with the visuals department to produce interactive and static graphics.

This person will edit both breaking news and longer-term enterprise features for online, the Business and Tech section and Page One.

Applications should include a resume and cover letter.
