The Wall Street Journal seeks a copy editor for to help manage news flow for its Private Equity Analyst and LBO Wire publications.
The successful candidate will be able to edit both breaking news stories and feature stories, be comfortable with social media platforms such as WordPress, Twitter and LinkedIn and possess working knowledge of either AP style or WSJ style.
We are looking for someone who is able to work accurately under deadline pressure and who can also work with reporters on longer-term stories.
The copy editor may also occasionally be required to write and report when needed. Familiarity with private equity is helpful but not required.
