You will cover the interplay of business and technology, with a focus on how chief information officers are using digital tools to drive corporate innovation and change. You will look at how data, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and other issues influence decision-making.
You will break news and analyze a range of topics of interest to CIOs, from the shortage of semiconductor chips to the Covid-19 led digital transformation at companies. We are looking for someone who can explain complex subjects in a clear and concise manner, distilling what is most important, interesting and relevant. The ability to develop sources within the corporate world and get them to talk candidly is critical. We are looking for a highly collaborative and collegial person who is motivated and self-driven.
You will be based in New York and report to WSJ Pro Enterprise Technology Editor Steven Rosenbush. Interested? Please contact Steve or interim WSJ Professional Products Editor Prabha Natarajan.
