Workello is looking for writers

Workello is looking for motivated freelance writers to join our team and help us create outstanding blog content in the B2B HR space.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Workello is a simple system, pre-configured hiring funnel to help content managers, editors, and founders centralize their candidates in a single dashboard and test candidates, reject applications, interview, and send candidate offers with a single click – without leaving Workello.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are based out of Munich, Germany, and are lucky to be supported by employees around the globe. We are currently working with a talented team of writers to deliver fantastic results.

  • Create engaging long-form content for our company blog
  • Implement editors’ feedback to your existing content
  • Meet with your editors 1:1 and attend group team meetings

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You’re a natural-born writer! You probably spent a lot of time perfecting your craft, you have a strong grasp of grammar, and you enjoy the creative aspect of writing.

You are willing to learn more about our product and how it is used so you are able to create product-led content

You understand the importance of organic search and search engine optimization (and if you don’t, you’re willing to learn).

You’re organized and independent, but you love working in a collaborative and positive team environment

You love creating compelling, actionable content (no fluff!) and you’re a continuous learner

You have an understanding of Human Resources and are able to put yourself in the shoes of an HR manager.

COMPENSATION

  •  $0.10 per word with the option to increase if you deliver constant quality over a given time. At least 3,000 words per week.
