The Worcester Business Journal, the award-winning, “go to” source for business news in Central Massachusetts, has an opening for a part-time journalist with web experience who can help boost our online audience.
The position is roughly 20 hours a week that could grow into more hours, and possibly a full-time role. Duties include: helping produce two daily email newsletters for our subscriber base of business leaders and senior managers, maintaining and growing a social media presence on major sites, and analyzing web performance data to help support our editorial mission.
Experience with web journalism and social media required. Experience in business journalism, web analytics and the Saxotech content management system desirable.
