The Worcester Business Journal – consistently rated as one of the best regional business-to-business publications in the country – is looking for a staff writer for its newsroom, whose primary responsibility will be to write for the magazine’s website, WBJournal.com.
Applicants should have a strong foundation in journalism, be adept and nimble with all things digital (including CMS and social media), work well with a team, be a multitasker, and have a drive to be the best at what they do. Previous breaking news experience is a plus, particularly with a newspaper, magazine or website. This person will research and write 4-5 web-first articles per day, which can include relevant content from other New England Business Media publications and wire services.
