Wilmington Business Journal seeks reporter

The Greater Wilmington Business Journal is looking for a business reporter.

Founded in 2000, the independent, locally-owned newspaper publishes every other week in print and daily online. The Business Journal breaks news, provides in-depth coverage of important issues to the business community and pens profiles of area entrepreneurs, executives and other community leaders.

We are looking for an aggressive beat reporter who can tackle coverage areas such as the real estate industry and economic development. Candidates should be comfortable with quick turnaround for breaking news online, social media and project reporting. Located in Wilmington and minutes from the ocean, the Business Journal offers a reporter the opportunity to cover a fast-growing community.

To apply, please submit a letter of interest, resume and clips to Editor Vicky Janowski at vjanowski@wilmingtonbiz.com or Greater Wilmington Business Journal, 219 Station Road, Suite 202, Wilmington, NC 28405.
