The Washington Post is looking for a managing editor for digital.
In this role, you will manage a broad portfolio that encompasses video, audio, graphics, emerging news products, audience and engagement, the multiplatform desk, the universal news desk that oversees the home page, photography, design and newsroom product and operations.
You will be one of four managing editors who, along with the executive editor, hold the top positions in The Post’s newsroom.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that The Post’s newsroom maintains significant digital growth and continues to innovate.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about exploring new types of storytelling.
