Washington Post seeks health/science reporter

The Washington Post is seeking a reporter to cover disparities in health care and science, the impact of structural and interpersonal racism on health, and the sociology and psychology of racism and its effects.

This reporter will roam broadly across disciplines to explore everything and will build a diverse roster of sources in pursuit of scoops, investigative targets and compelling narratives. Successful candidates will be able to write quickly and authoritatively.

Candidates should upload a cover letter outlining a vision for the role, along with a resume and three clips (as PDFs) to jobs portal by July 10. The cover letter should be addressed to Tracy Grant, Steven Ginsberg, Lori Montgomery and Carol Eisenberg.
