Wall Street Journal seeks financial investigations reporter

The Wall Street Journal’s Washington bureau is seeking an aggressive, enterprising reporter to cover financial enforcement and investigations.

The reporter would have primary responsibility for covering Wall Street’s cops, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Federal Reserve, Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

The reporter would be part of the financial enforcement team in Washington and New York and would be responsible for breaking news on investigations and settlements, as well as writing front-page enterprise stories that help readers understand Washington’s role in policing Wall Street.
