On Sept. 1, we launch the Ukrainian Business Journal – offering New York standard business journalism to Europe’s newest Frontier Economy.

With more people than Poland and more land that California, Ukraine won duty free access on Jan. 1 to the 500 million consumers of the EU. With wages half of those Coastal China and one quarter those of Poland, Western Ukraine can expect to boom — the way Northern Mexico boomed 20 years ago, after NAFTA.
