Whatever the platform, this reporter will produce content that is accompanied by perspective and context for a vibrant audience of business owners, executives and professionals in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill region of North Carolina. The Triangle is one of the fastest-growing areas in the country and is a highly competitive media environment.

In health care, the reporter will cover the area’s largest hospitals, life sciences companies (startups and publicly traded firms) that are in the forefront of research, innovation and commercialization. In the higher education beat, the reporter is expected to cover the big business-related issues coming out of prominent local universities such as Duke, UNC-Chapel Hill and North Carolina State University.
