The selected reporter will focus on innovation and technology, including such areas as life sciences, health care and entrepreneurship. The reporter will contribute to our daily digital products as well as our weekly print edition.
The position demands strong critical thinking skills; a deep commitment to story structure and clarity in writing; a devotion to source building; sharp interviewing skills; and a proactive, competitive approach to reporting.
Full-time experience in a newsroom is preferred, but candidates with strong clips and positive references from internships, freelance work or other news-gathering experience will be considered.
