Coverage that skips the BS and brings the concerns of real people into focus.
The position of Associate Editor is the No. 2 job in our newsroom. This is a job with many meaningful parts – big-picture planner, line editor, mentor to reporters and visual journalists, liaison to communities and audiences, editorial writer, talent recruiter, coverage coach. The Republican is hiring after a recent period of turnover. We’re resetting our priorities to better fulfill reader and viewer interests today.
