The Mansueto Ventures offers an editorial fellowship

The Mansueto Ventures editorial fellowship is a one-year internship designed to give recent college graduates or master’s degree recipients exposure to all aspects of journalism across both of the company’s editorial titles—Inc. and Fast Company—while providing important visibility into the business operations of the parent company through administrative support of the CEO/chief content officer, chief operating officer, and the editors-in-chief of the two publications.

  • Where appropriate, the fellow may be invited to observe or participate in meetings with visiting executives
  • Fellows should expect to spend roughly 15-16 hours a week supporting the CEO, COO, and editors, and about 19-20 hours a week on editorial projects
  • A sample schedule may be found below (hours may vary by week, as there may be some days when the administrative workload may be heavier than the editorial demands or vice versa) and a curriculum follows, subject to the editors’ availability
