The Dallas Express is looking for a News Producer to oversee its new weekly video news podcast with a focus on sophisticated content, accuracy and engagement.

We hold decision-makers accountable for their actions and seek answers to the questions that matter most to our readers. Ultimately, we want to improve the quality of life for every resident of Dallas by delivering news that is informative, engaging and impactful.
Our video news podcast is hosted by a successful businesswoman and community influencer who co-founded The Dallas Express. We are looking for a proactive individual who can consistently deliver quality work without constant supervision. The candidate should be willing to develop their career in a fast-paced news environment, where meeting deadlines is crucial.
This role is based in Dallas, and the successful candidate can either work out of our office or from home — or a mix of the two — and be available to travel for local segment filming and in-studio sessions.
