One of the things I’m most excited to do when The Banner launches is writing/editing album reviews of artists in the Baltimore/DMV area. That’s something the region has needed BADLY from local pubs in the past few years: properly contextualizing the music being produced here
And I’m open to pitches by the way. New material of course, but also open to going deep on albums from the past that’ve helped lay the groundwork for the current musical landscape. All genres.
