Do you want to report, edit and ski? If so, The Aspen Times is searching for the next editor to lead its newsroom in Aspen, Colorado.
On any given day, you’ll be writing and editing stories on topics as diverse as sustainability, local athletes, philanthropic endeavors, education, the police beat, real estate and entertainment.

We’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable wielding digital tools to elevate the paper’s journalism and reach and working with a rookie reporter to create an engaging and eye-catching print feature.
In addition to living in the ultimate year-round recreation playground and little city with international impact, this position offers an opportunity to leave a lasting mark on the community through the journalism the paper produces.
Responsibilities:
Must relocate to the Roaring Fork Valley.
Salary: $110 – $120K, depending on experience
