Tacoma paper seeks business reporter

The Tacoma News Tribune seeks a consumer-driven journalist who has interest in finding new, creative ways to cover the economy of Pierce County, Tacoma and surrounding area.

As Seattle and King County’s neighbor, we have a compelling story to tell both of the labor force that works in Pierce and our residents who commute to work in Seattle.

Living in the South Sound economy would be the primary beat for this reporter, as well as tracking business openings and reporting on trends in local real estate. Video and social media skills required.

Please send resume and clips/links to business team leader Debbie Cockrell at debbie.cockrell@thenewstribune.com
