Top candidates will be skilled reporters with a track record of coverage that represents and speaks to the breadth of Minnesota’s diversity. You must have strong news judgment, demonstrate the ability to write with accuracy and balance, and be comfortable working with data and financial statements. You also must have a strong understanding of news platforms, both online and print, and their audiences. The ability to work collegially with others in our department and across the newsroom is key.
