This reporter will tackle multiple and varied assignments each day, starting with breaking news in the morning and a thorough check of business wires and local civil and bankruptcy court filings. The successful applicant must work efficiently to produce content on deadline, first for our digital audience and later for the printed newspaper. We want an aggressive reporter who can jump all over a breaking story, work well with other reporters, and scour social media and SEC filings for news. At least one year of professional reporting experience is required.
