SportsBusiness Journal/Daily, the leading publications on the business of sports, are seeking a beat reporter to cover the business of hockey and soccer.
Must have experience developing and working beats, understand business and league/team operations and dynamics. Responsible for filing stories both daily and weekly, with an emphasis on exclusive, breaking news, as well as doing enterprise work, features and profiles.
Would also be asked to help program content for industry-leading conferences, and must be comfortable speaking on air and in front of audiences. Some travel with the position, which is based in our New York City office.
