Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reporter located in Washington, DC. The Reporter will be responsible for covering and reporting on significant developments in their assigned sector, conducting interviews, and writing news stories. Daily tasks include researching topics, attending events, building sources, and producing content for various platforms. The role requires maintaining journalistic integrity, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with other team members to provide in-depth coverage and analysis.
Qualifications
- Strong writing, reporting, and interviewing skills
- Ability to research topics thoroughly and accurately
- Experience with content creation for both digital and print platforms
- Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with market data, financial and economic news, or similar topics is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field
