The Columbia Regional Business Report, the Midlands leader in business news, is seeking a reporter.
You will cover business news, whether at the Statehouse, City Hall or on Main Street, filing concise daily stories for our digital emails and Website or longer form stories for our bi-weekly print edition. The successful candidate will be an enterprising writer who can report about the issues of our community.
You must have a sense of urgency, be able to cultivate sources and attend both Business Report and relevant community events. You also must be able to work collaboratively with editors and reporters from both in house and at our sister papers in Charleston and Greenville.
The position requires a Bachelors degree. We will consider a recent graduate.
