The Bay Area News Group is looking for a smart, creative, forward thinking business editor to lead technology-focused coverage for the San Jose Mercury News, Contra Costa Times and Oakland Tribune.
A successful editor will deftly balance news and enterprise coverage and digital and print responsibilities in leading a team of 12-15 high-energy journalists dedicated to chronicling the innovations of Silicon Valley and their impact on the world. Business journalism experience is critical, as is significant management experience.
At least five years in the profession required.
