San Francisco Business Times seeks photographer

The San Francisco Business Times is seeking a photographer with at least two years of newspaper or online experience.

The photographer serves as the Times’ visual storyteller and chronicler of personalities, newsworthy events and important business transactions. It is imperative that our pictures and images draw readers into our products and engage them both visually and informationally.

Working hand-in-hand with the Creative Director and top editors, the photographer will attempt to story-board key digital stories, feature articles and Page 1 assignments, to ensure top-quality and compelling images week-in and week-out.

The staff photographer is a key contributor in the creative process and as such needs to proactively suggest ways to visually enhance both our digital and print products. Photoshop skills are required and video production and editing experience is a plus.

To apply, please contact Creative Director Matt Petty at mpetty@bizjournals.com and 1-415-288-4945.
