San Fernando Valley Biz Journal seeks a reporter

San Fernando Valley Business Journal seeks an experienced business reporter who can write short, long and web-oriented stories. We are looking for a reporter to cover the biotech, health care and law sectors.

Our coverage area in northern Los Angeles County includes the entertainment centers of Burbank and Studio City, the biotech corridor of the Conejo Valley and the massive retail, manufacturing and technology markets of the San Fernando Valley.

A comprehensive understanding of business – including a working knowledge of quarterly statements and annual reports – and the ability to explain them to readers is critical.

Candidates should live in the San Fernando Valley or surrounding region. No relocation allowance is available. Our offices are in Woodland Hills.

Please send your resume and three clips to Editor Joel Russell at jrussell@sfvbj.com with “Reporter Position” in the subject line.
