The Salisbury Post is looking for an experienced editor to lead one of North Carolina’s best community papers. Salisbury is in the heart of Rowan County, a growing community located on the I-85 corridor conveniently located between Charlotte and Winston Salem. The Salisbury Post is published five days a week — three print editions and two e-editions. We have a newsroom of eight talented and dedicated people.

The Salisbury Post is part of a small regional group that includes The Stanly News & Press, Davie County Enterprise-Record and Clemmons Courier. The Post is an affiliate of Boone Newspapers Inc., a family operated company whose management have built careers in journalism.
Salary starts at $40,000 and increases with experience. We offer competitive pay and benefits including medical, dental, 401k, vision, life insurance and paid holidays, sick time and two weeks of paid vacation.
