Rochester Biz Journal seeks reporter

The Rochester Business Journal, a national-award-winning print weekly and online daily (RBJdaily.com), seeks a reporter to cover the business of higher education and several other key beats.

Applicants should have at least two years’ daily newspaper (or comparable) experience; some business-writing experience is preferred. They must be skilled in both breaking news and in-depth reporting.

About the Rochester Business Journal: Rochester is a center of high technology and international trade, and the RBJ is considered the leading source of local business news in the market.

The newspaper has an influential, high-end readership (nearly 70 percent are business owners or top executives). If you want a highly structured, corporate environment, this is not the place for you.

However, if you thrive on challenge and have the kind of experience detailed above, contact us. Send resume, clips to Editor Paul Ericson at: pericson@rbj.net.
