Thomson Reuters seeks a high-energy wordsmith to fill the role of Senior Content Editor of the Deals Group.
It’s a fantastic opportunity: Our community websites and subscription websites and magazines cover two of the hottest areas of corporate finance — private equity and venture capital. The senior content editor edits blog posts, news stories and features for content, spelling, punctuation, grammar and style.
He or she is also responsible for the timely posting of stories along with appropriate pictures and artwork. The senior content editor also assists with layout and proofreading of our print publications. In addition to editing copy, the senior content editor actively monitors the Reuters Wire for PE- and VC-related stories to share on the Deals Group’s community and subscription websites.
The successful candidate will have excellent time management and people skills, be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and have a working knowledge of Reuters style and principles or the equivalent.
