Reuters is looking for an enterprising journalist to report on initial public offerings.
We’re looking for a reporter who can sniff out which companies are planning to go public, find out how much they will raise, and be first to break big stories about deal pricings.
The candidate should also be able to write trend pieces about issues facing the IPO market, for example, why companies are favoring private investments over going public. The successful candidate will develop sources involved with every stage of the IPO process, including company executives, bankers, syndicate desks, investors and regulators.
