Reuters is hiring for an experienced editor to take a leadership position within its fast-paced U.S. markets team in New York. This will be a lead-from-the-front job where you will be expected to help your team source up, break news and write agenda-setting features.
The team is responsible for Reuters’ coverage of the daily activity in U.S. equities, Forex, bonds, emerging markets and credit.
Candidates must be instrumental in thinking up sharp angles on the stories that make regular appearances on the front. Also, candidates must be experienced leaders, able to take charge of a team of reporters and work closely with the other editors on the markets and finance team, both in the U.S. and internationally.
The position reports to the Editor-in-Charge, Americas Markets.
