The senior reporter is a content athlete who can write in any format and think beyond words to identify multimedia opportunities. • Work with designers and other creative collaborators to produce remarkable results
  • Proactively identify, track and monitor key dates/coverage opportunities
  • Use insights and other data to develop a rich understanding of the B2B industry audience and content that is most likely to attract and engage them
  • Exercise news judgment to make sound decisions
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and incorporate new ideas into content
  • Deliver clean copy with minimal need for edits
  • Update content as necessary
  • Help drive process improvements to deliver timely content at scale

  • BA/BS in communications, journalism or equivalent experience
  • At least 8 years of experience reporting and writing about business, ideally with a real estate focus
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding journalistic results — uncovering stories that make a difference
  • Proactive energy, grit and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Effective communication across all levels — from individual contributors to executives
  • Strong attention to detail and experience delivering results with multiple projects on deadline
  • Curiosity and a desire to think big and help shape the future
  • Proficient in AP style
