About the role:
The Senior Reporter (Director, News Reporting) is a great storyteller who uses their expertise to deliver engaging and journalistically sound stories in a fast-paced B2B news environment focused on the business of residential real estate. This means leveraging their skills in developing sources, conducting interviews and digging into data to find compelling and exclusive angles that earn attention in a busy world.
The person in this role will distill complex information into accurate, actionable stories for our audience of agents, brokerage leaders, executives and others whose business is built on buying and selling homes. The senior reporter is a content athlete who can write in any format and think beyond words to identify multimedia opportunities. They have an unshakable commitment to accuracy, objectivity and earning trust, and they are comfortable taking direction from the editorial team. They act as a mentor to others, providing clarity, leadership and vision.
