Providence Business News seeks a web editor

Providence Business News, southern New England’s leading business publication, is looking for an enterprising web editor to help us cover one of the nation’s most diverse business communities.

The web editor helps set the daily digital news agenda, reporting and editing stories from staff writers on topics ranging from finance to manufacturing and health care, and government to tourism and technology.

The web editor also helps manage and produce daily newsletters. We’re looking for a talented, tech-savvy editor who is a self-starter with strong news judgment, is familiar with AP style and is eager to learn.

Familiarity with content management systems and email marketing clients a plus. PBN is locally owned, meaning we care about this community; it is where we live. Email resume and published clips to Editor Mike Mello at editor@pbn.com. No phone calls please.
