Protocol seeks a senior tech reporter

Protocol is seeking a senior reporter who can break news and tell original, inside stories about the people, power and politics of tech — a reporter with the skills and the sources to take our readers behind the scenes at the biggest tech giants and at smaller firms, too.

We’re not looking for a reporter to summarize what others have already reported; we’re looking for someone who can consistently break news that other reporters have to follow.

Our ideal candidates are smart, well-sourced and have a knack for finding out what’s happening in the world of technology and explaining what it means and why it matters to a savvy and knowledgeable audience.

Location: We welcome candidates from anywhere within the United States.

Apply: To apply, send a cover letter and resume, with Senior Tech Reporter in the subject line, to jobs@protocol.com
