The Orlando Sentinel is looking for a reporter to cover Central Florida’s tourism industry, including hotels, time shares, smaller attractions, the convention center and airlines, along with employment in Central Florida.
Responsibilities:
The reporter must thrive working in a fast-paced environment – writing short stories quickly for online while developing sophisticated enterprise and contributing a weekly column of tourism news.
Qualifications:
The reporter also should be adept at using social media to build a following and to share news, as well as comfortable shooting photos and video. Applicants must have experience at a daily news organization or similar web operation and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
