We’re seeking a journalist with an interest in innovation, new technologies, and venture capital, who is capable of covering OC’s thriving ecosystem of start-up and growth-stage companies.
OC is the birthplace of Broadcom, Oculus, Blizzard Entertainment, Allergan, Edwards Lifesciences and dozens of other world-renowned technology and medical device companies. We’re looking for someone who can find the next big company here, and report on their growth.

You’ll be writing a weekly column and feature stories for the most influential businesspeople in our community.
A sophisticated understanding of business – including a working knowledge of financial statements – is preferred.
