Omaha World-Herald seeks real estate and business reporter

The Omaha World-Herald seeks an enterprise-oriented reporter to help cover Omaha business, with a primary focus on real estate and development for this metro area of 950,000.

This is a beat with a proven audience, in both digital and print. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated an ability to develop sources, understand the real estate industry or learn about it quickly, find scoops and tell stories that resonate with readers. Data journalism experience is a plus.

The World-Herald, a Table Stakes news innovation program alumnus, has shown strong digital audience and subscription growth, and was the Great Plains Journalism Awards newspaper of the year for 2020.
