Novara Media is looking for pitches! Think anything from reporting on a worker’s strike to digging into restorative justice systems.

Additionally, if you just want to get in contact but don’t have any specific ideas yet (or would like help shaping a vague one), email me too! ESPECIALLY if you don’t traditionally see yourself represented in ‘left wing’ spaces.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Novara Media is an independent media organisation addressing the issues that are set to define the 21st century, from a crisis of capitalism to racism and climate change. Within that context, its goal is simple: to tell stories and provide analysis shaped by the political uncertainties of the age, elevating critical perspectives. Driven to build a new media for a different politics, its journalism is always politically committed; rather than seeking to moderate between two sides of a debate, its output actively intends to feed back into political action.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN SUBMISSION

• Write a short introduction about yourself
• Include a paragraph highlighting your writing experience, relevant credentials and publication credits
• Attach links to your strongest work or portfolio, and online profile.
