The job requires experience crafting narratives, working on investigative stories and collaborating with multiple writers. Knowledge of business, economics and markets is a big plus, as is the ability to work on a weekly schedule.
Sunday Business runs stories by staffers and freelancers so a good Rolodex is also important. Flexibility is key. If you don’t feel comfortable ripping up a nearly done section to accommodate news, this position might not be for you.
